Looking for someone to service my Simpson's Pinball Party machine. No memory of settings or high scores, even though machine is plugged in and batteries are good.

Anyone have any thoughts on possible causes? Machine is always plugged in, batteries are new. If turned off for more than minute, all settings and scores are erased.

Well I had a very similar issue with my Judge Dredd. It ended up being a diode that was toast that was blocking the voltage from the batteries from getting to the chip. But what was a Williams board, could be something else. It might be something similar like that or could be the battery holder has cold solder joints. But I'm not super fimiliar with Stern CPU's as I only have one Stern myself and have only had to do driver board work.
