World Poker Tour

Post by gms on Mon Oct 14, 2013 3:15 pm

I got the WPT project pin into the basement today and started to put it back together. Other than being real dirty inside and out most of the parts were there. DMD wiring apart and covers installed upside down, speaker wiring missing connector, fuses missing on output board, grounding wires to DMD speaker panel not fastened, lock missing for back-glass, lift trim for back-glass broken, software was Metalica not WPT, flipper bushings missing, flipper parts missing needs rebuild kits, pop switches removed and cut off, VUK missing rod and spring, coin door busted, tilt bob switch missing, (2) ball trough switches missing, drop target latch strips broken, and did I say DIRTY?

All minor stuff and after about an hour had it booted up with WPT software, and audio working. Did a parts order (mostly small cheap stuff) and did the first pass cleaning. Replaced a bunch of lamps and its looking better.

Playfield is almost like new and machine should be real nice once its put back together. Smile

Bought from an op in the US.  Robbed for parts.  Price was right. Needed some love.

Finished the playfield top side, installed the new pop switches, removed, fixed, did the service bulletin, and replaced the drop target banks. Changed some bad connectors. Now waiting for parts.
