It's awesome that STERN officially released/endorsed the code. From what I've read of the updated code I'm betting that the pins value goes up by a few grand. I should have tried to pick one of these up while I had the chance!!! Cant wait to try it out!

So let me get this striaght. You can add animations to the DMD by modifying the rom? Is there a way to tell if a new rom has been made for a gettaway pinball?

I believe that L3 is the best one to use.That is the one I run in mine
L5 is newer ,but it is supposed to have some glitches

I think Star Wars had a bunch of code/sound effects/graphics that were not used. The guy who worked on the code basically reverse engineered the ROMs to determine that. He turned some of the unused effects on in certain cases and also updated some rules and scoring which helped balance the game and make it more than just the ramp shot. I'm sure more pins could benefit from this treatment but from the sounds of it Star Wars was a great candidate. Is anyone aware of any other game that someone did this to?
