Opinions please !! Met pro vs acdc pro

So I just moved some machines along and bought a Star Trek premium , now I'm thinking along the lines of met pro , or acdc pro. ( don't really want to drop another 8k at this time. ) I have played both , both with early code and maybe 6-8 games at the most . I want to hear some opinions from the educated players on here.

I have played Met Pro,ACDC Pro and I own an ACDC Prem

Met pro is an awesome game and I will own one someday.Do not really see the need to get the prem as the pro seems to be really good.People seem to complain about the hammer in the prem anyway

I think the ACDC prem is a much better game than the pro,with the drop targets,lower playfield,crossover ramp and LEDS.I also added a shaker which goes really nice with the game

I added the shaker to my Star Trek , great addition . I'm really leaning toward the met pro , and add anything I might want along the way , acdc to me seems like the Star Trek, as in the premium is so much better than the pro , that it's not worth it .

The more I think about it the more I realize I don't think I would be happy with a pro , and would just sink a ton of cash into it after the fact . LEDs, rails, apron , missing items as simple as spinners would bother me too .

Love it so far , needs a rules update , but that will happen . Great speed and flow . Loving the feel of the new sterns .

Ordered the road case and the pro translite , the road case one is hideous and I can't look at it .

Well I think I paid 7290 plus tax and shipping for Star Trek , this will be the same , plus the translite which I haven't gotten a price on yet . Shipping I split off and my company picked that tab up .

I'm thinking about maybe talking to our local trim guy to see if he could print me up the and justice for all cover to make a translite out of it .

You wont be disappointed with the MET Roadcase. I love my MET Pro. Congrats on the recent purchases!

Picked it up today and put in the new translite ! Play so far has been fun , except sparky doesn't much headbang. Tried all kinds of things based on thing I have read on pinside all to no avail , so I sent an email to tech support . Wait and see now .
